Step one

  • On the product page, please choose your desired variant (design, color, size).
  • Adjust the quantity if you want to buy more than one.
  • Then, press the Add to cart button.

Step two

  • When you add a product to cart, a sidebar will appear on the screen.
  • You can either press View cart to see you Cart, or press Checkout to proceed to the Checkout page.

Step three

  • Fill in the billing details: your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • You can choose to ship to a different address, just tick the box named “Ship to a different address” and fill in the details below that.
  • If you have any notes for us, please write in the Order notes field.
  • Choose your payment method and pay (via PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, Debit Card).

After the payment is completed, you will see the Thank you page and receive the Order confirmation via email.

Step one

  • Go to your Account page at: https://mappyhouse.com/my-account/orders/
    Or press the User icon on the top right of the screen > then choose Orders.
  • You will see all your orders here. To cancel an order, press Cancel Request.

Step two

  • A popup will appear on the screen.
  • Please write the cancellation reason in the field.
  • Press Confirm Cancellation to send your request to us..

Please note this is just your request. It needs to be processed further from our side. If your request is made within 12 hours since the time of your order, we will cancel it for you and depending on your bank, you will get a refund within 3 – 7 business days after the transaction is processed successfully.

Can I apply for a Return & Refund?

You can submit a Return & Refund in these cases:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Product is damaged or missing.
  • Shipping is delayed.
  • Missing item.
  • Wrong product size.
  • Wrong color or/and material.

How to apply

Please fill in the “Contact us” form below. Firstly, choose “Return & Refund” in the “I want to:” section, then choose the reason in the “Due to:” section. If you need more assistance or have any exceptions, please leave a detailed note in “Message“. We will be happy to assist you and reply within 48 hours.
